5K Entry Fees
$25 - Early Bird (before July 1, 2008)
$30 - July 1-Sept 30, 2008
$35 - Race Day (Oct. 4)
$15 - Student rate (plus pledges)
Commemorative T-shirt for first 100 registrants

1K Fun Run:
Entry fee - pledges and donations
Registration on RACE DAY only

All registrants must sign entry form/waiver (copies available at registration or download from website)

Family activities planned

2. By Mail

Complete the attached Entry Form, (waiver must be signed), and mail to:

Must be post-marked by Sept. 20, 2008.
Make cheques payable to "Run for Wells" (please do not mail cash).

3. On Site

You can register race day at the Gellert Community Centre between 9:15-9:45 a.m.

Cheque or cash only.

T-shirt for the first 100 5K registrants.
