HOPE International Development Agency is a Canadian not-for-profit organization based in New Westminster, BC. Since its inception in 1975, the organization has raised more than $325 million to help the poorest of the poor in countries throughout the developing world.
Working in countries throughout Africa, South East Asia, South Asia and Central America, HOPE International Development Agency’s initiatives empower people and communities in need.
Whether it is clean water, sustainable agriculture, sanitation, the environment, family income initiatives, education, vocational training, primary health care, or emergency assistance in times of disaster, each project is focused on helping people lift themselves up out of poverty in a sustainable manner. The projects of HOPE International Development Agency are accomplished through volunteers and the skills of local people overseas, combined with generosity of people here who care.
